goog11 is fully mobile-friendly. You can play directly from a web browser on Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and desktops. The site runs smoothly on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. You can enjoy the full experience without downloading any separate app.
Section 02
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits from bKash to goog11 are generally instant — in most cases the balance is added to your account within a few minutes. Wait up to 5-10 minutes at most. If the balance still has not arrived after that, contact our live chat with your transaction ID and we will resolve it quickly. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
goog11 currently supports five transaction methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer. The minimum deposit across all these methods is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000. No extra charges are applied on any method.
Withdrawal requests from goog11 are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket withdrawals are the fastest. Bank transfers may take a little longer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Before making a withdrawal request, make sure you have met the wagering requirements on any bonus.

goog11 does not charge any fees on its end for deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking service (such as bKash or Nagad) may charge a small transaction fee according to their own policies — please refer to that provider's terms. For bank transfers, your bank's transfer charges may apply.
Section 03
Games and Rules
To bet on BPL matches at goog11, go to the Cricket section first. Select a match, choose your preferred market (such as match winner, total runs, top batsman, etc.), enter the amount, and confirm your bet. In live betting you can also place bets while the match is in progress. Review the odds carefully before betting and gamble responsibly.
goog11 offers slot games from multiple top providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, and JILI. Popular titles include Fortune Tiger and Fortune Rabbit (PG Soft); Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza (Pragmatic Play); and Fortune Gems and Super Ace (JILI). Go to the Slots section at goog11 to play a range of slot games from classic to Megaways.
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of total wagers that a slot or casino game returns as winnings over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 comes back for every ৳100 wagered — but this is an average across hundreds or thousands of rounds, not a guaranteed result in every session. A game's volatility or risk level also affects outcomes.
Yes, all games at goog11 are sourced from verified providers that use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means the result of every spin or round is completely random and unbiased. Our platform is secure, fair, and protected with SSL encryption.
goog11's live casino lets you play with real dealers. Through Evolution Gaming and Ezugi you can access live roulette, live blackjack, live baccarat, live Dragon Tiger, and many more games. Live Andar Bahar and Teen Patti variants are especially popular among players in Bangladesh.
Yes, almost all games at goog11 are built to be played on mobile. Betting, slots, and live casino all work well on a smartphone screen. Just make sure you have a good internet connection. A 4G or Wi-Fi connection gives you a smoother experience with live casino games.
Section 04
Bonuses and Promotions
Once you open a new account and make your first deposit, the goog11 welcome bonus is added automatically. You get a 120% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳28,000.
A wagering requirement means you must use the bonus amount as bets a specified number of times before you can withdraw it. The wagering requirement for goog11's welcome bonus is 20x. That means if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you need to place a total of ৳24,000 in bets before you can withdraw the bonus winnings. The wagering contribution rate may vary by game.
goog11 has four VIP levels: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.3%; Silver — up to 0.6%; Gold — up to 0.9%; and Platinum — up to 1.2%. You move up to higher levels gradually through regular play and the cashback is added directly to your account each week.
Platinum is the highest level at goog11. In addition to weekly cashback of up to 1.2%, this level comes with priority support, special promotions, and exclusive offers. To reach Platinum level you need to play regularly and at a meaningful volume, and keep your account active.
The welcome bonus is generally usable on slots and casino games; however, whether a bonus applies to cricket betting depends on the terms of the active promotion. Check the offers page for details on a specific promotion or ask our live chat. Special betting promotions may be available during IPL or BPL seasons.
